This program is the first year of a two-year program in music performance.


• Advanced Diploma of Music Performance (Jazz and Contemporary)

This program is the second year of a two-year program in music performance.


• Bachelor of Australian Popular Music

This course is a three-year Bachelor degree.

All units offered in the full-time certificate IV course are also available as part time units. This includes a variety of delivery modes including online study.

NMIT music performance courses are designed to prepare musicians for the challenges of the 21st century. The main focus of these courses is on the development of music performance skills. In addition to performance skills students are required to develop skill in the broad areas of:
