Evolving and emerging illustrative practices in social commentary (satire), graphic design, publishing, advertising, animation (computer and film) and multimedia creates enormous potential for illustrators.

The 21st century illustrator will be entrepreneurial, culturally and creatively aware, have strong management skills and business acumen, be able to predict and interpret trends and operate within changing environments.
