Apply for your Certificate, Diploma or Degree

NMIT's Annual Graduation Ceremony is held in May for Diploma and Degree level graduands.

1. Application for diploma and degree level certificates must be lodged between September and February to be invited to attend NMIT's Graduation Ceremony held annually in May.

2. 21 February closing date - Diploma and degree level courses will be presented at the Annual Graduation Ceremony in May. Certificate level applicants will be notified by mail to collect their certificate(s) in June from NMIT.

3. 29 August closing date - All eligible applicants will be notified by mail in November to collect their certificate(s) from NMIT. Certificates are not issued at a Graduation Ceremony .

4. When applying for more than 1 certificate, diploma and/or a degree, a separate application form must be completed.

5. Exemptions/RPLs - Granting of exemptions for subjects successfully completed at another institute must be approved by NMIT, prior to application for this award.

6. If your application is unsuccessful you will be notified in writing by your department.
