Need to upskill your staff?

Why not implement nationally recognised qualifications as an inhouse human resource strategy? The Certificate IV in Government (PSP40104) or the Diploma of Government (PSP50104) or other Government programs can be tailored to meet your needs.

BEC consultants can work with your human resource personnel to design and implement a tailored learning and development strategy that contributes to your employees gaining nationally recognised qualifications which links staff training to your organisation's strategic plan. Give your organisation a framework for career planning, workforce planning, succession planning and other HRM and HRD functions.

Incentives for Employers of Trainees

Both new and existing employees can become trainees and benefit from the training. There are substantial incentives available for eligible trainees and you will need to discuss this with a representative from an Australian Apprenticeships Centre.

Australian Apprenticeships centres can advise you regarding the Training Contract and also eligibility for incentives payable to your trainee.

These incentives more than compensate for the costs of training.
