Course Description

This is a two year course. The first year covers building theory and drafting related to residential scale buildings. It includes construction technology, working drawings, CAD, editing standard specifications, office practice and quality assurance. The second year covers building and drafting related to residential, industrial and commercial buildings. It includes design, problem solving, construction technology, full documentation and CAD.
