Sessional Teaching staff are required to deliver day and/or night Hospitality, Cookery and Event subjects for 2008.
Certificate IV in Training & Assesment plus trade qualifications (Certificate III Hospitality Commercial Cookery or equivalent for cookery) or vocational qualifications (for Hospitality and Events) as well as industrial experience are mandatory requirements.
