Sessional Teachers
- Patisserie

Sessional Teaching staff are required to deliver day and/or night Patisserie subjects, particularly in the areas of Prepare and Produce Cakes, Yeast Goods, Pastries, Hot & Cold Desserts, Gateaux, and Petits Fours.

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, plus trade qualifications (Cert III in Hospitality Patisserie or equivalent) as well as industry experience are mandatory requirements.
