Assessment and Support

•  individual employment pathway plan.

Orientation

•  resume development

•  workshops on the local labour market and Australian workplace practices
•  group and individual counselling
•  Australian management concepts .

Placement

•  supported industry placement of four to six weeks in metropolitan or regional Victoria
•  linkages with industry and professional associations
•  networking and mentoring relationships
