This course develops knowledge,
understanding and skills for those people who
provide a range of services to client organisations
and employment candidates, in private, government-contracted employment agencies and specialist
employment service areas. It is designed for those
currently working in the employment services area
who require a qualification OR for those desiring a
career in this area.

- BSBEMS404A Manage the recruitment process for client organisations
- BSBHR402A Recruit and select personnel
- BSBCMN420A Write complex documents (incorporated in all four (4) clusters)

- BSBEMS403A Develop and provide employment management services to candidates
Customer Service Units
- BSBCMN418A Address customer needs
- BSBFLM503A Manage effective workplace relationships
Client Management Units
- BSBEMS401A Develop and implement business development strategies to expand client base
