Part 2 – Certificate III in Business Administration (Medical) (BSBB31107) (23BAM)

This program provides methods and techniques in computer keyboarding using Microsoft Word and audio technology to produce medical documents.

Topics include:

  • develop keyboard speed and accuracy
  • use Microsoft Word 2003 to produce medical documents
  • use dictaphones to transcribe medical reports
  • learn advanced software functions
  • learn medical computer accounts with Pracsoft
  • data entry patient details and create computer generated accounts

Participants that successfully complete MedicalOffice & Medical Office Computing will receive Certificate in Medical Reception.

Prerequisite: Basic computer skills.
